From the 16th to 19th of January 2017 the World Energy Future Summit (WFES) took place within the framework of the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week and in addition celebrated its 10th anniversary. Over the years the WFES became the largest and most influential event in the area of renewable energy and energy efficiency in the Middle East. Participations were represented in all its scope by science, industry, economy and policy. The Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week is also considered as a driving force for new energy concepts in the environmental technology sector in the Middle East region.
Many companies based in Berlin conquer the markets abroad out of the capital city. They achieve this by their specific know-how, but also by their strategic development of markets and entrepreneurial courage. These companies are often so called hidden champions - relatively unknown, but the “model company” in their industry. From the 22th to 24th of June 2016 the 25th Intersolar and the ees took place in München, Germany. With events spanning in the meantime four continents, today Intersolar is the world’s leading exhibition for the solar industry. The mix of conference and trade exhibition makes it a high professional show and attracts the best minds and technologies from all over the world. The ees, Europe’s largest exhibition for batteries and in general energy storage systems, took place again in conjunction with Intersolar Europe.
From the 31st of May to the 3rd of June 2016 the CeMAT took place in Germany, Hannover.
Focus of the CeMAT 2016 were the latest trends in digitization and automation and in connection therewith Smart Supply Chain Connections. Again the tradeshow had a remarkable high international presence of directors and top managers, learning about new trends and having the face to face contact with customers, suppliers and partners.
