From 28th to the 31st of October 2014, BAE was present at the MATELEC on the “IFEMA, Feria de Madrid”. MATELEC is the biennial international trade fair for the electrical and electronics industry and offers its visitors the opportunity to learn about general topics in electronics such as electric and electronic power management or automation in the industry.
BAE was partner on the booth of DAISA, BAE distributor in Spain for more than ten years and showcased the whole BAE stationary portfolio, also the SECURA SOLAR portfolio, including the new BAE SUNDEPOT, which was introduced to the Spanish market for the first time in MATELEC 2014.
With the aim to complement its SECURA SOLAR portfolio, BAE Batterien GmbH successfully launched in 2013 the BAE SUNDEPOT to the German market. The attractive BAE SUNDEPOT has become a leading storage solution for the residential market in Germany, allowing the self-generated PV energy to be locally stored and efficiently consumed.
Designed especially for use in small industrial, commercial and private applications in a compact and modular design, enables fast and easy assembling on site and is available in 24 V and 48 V for an energy range from 7 to 20 kWh (C100).
In addition DAISA organized a number of technical workshops at this edition of MATELEC, presenting product news to its customers and public in general. A very successful BAE workshop was hold on the 29th October, conducted by BAE Sales Manager Ruth Pérez de Azpeitia, to launch officially the BAE SUNDEPOT The key points with regard to industrial Lead Acid DIN industrial batteries where outlined and in particular BAE shared insight views regarding the German residential PV market and the leading position of BAE.
