The German federal government decided that from the 1st July 2015 the bureaucracy brake comes into operation. Through the bureaucracy brake the burdens on industry should be limited with lasting effect. The so-called "One in, one out - rule" aims to ensure that for any new regulation which will be imposed on the industry somewhere else a burden has to be reduced.
Jan IJspeert, CEO of BAE Batterien GmbH, asks the German Chancellor Angela Merkel about the economic evaluation possibilities of the bureaucracy break and furthermore the range of this brake.
