BAE Batterien GmbH is a medium-sized company which has a long tradition of manufacturing lead acid batteries in the south-east of Berlin since 1899.

Our core business is in the field of stationary battery systems, for example for Electric Utility use, Telecommunication Carrier and Uninterruptible Power Supply as well as in the area of Photovoltaic systems.

BAE follows contemporary research trends and developments, which is why we also focus on cooporation with university-level institutions. A cooporation with the 'Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft' (HTW, University of Apllied Sciences in Berlin) has therefor been a logical step into the future market for energy generation.

Our products are made according to the highest standards and BAE is DIN-certificated by the German Institute for Standardization (DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001).
