From the 20th of June to the 22nd of June 2018 Europe's largest, most international and most visited trade fair for batteries and energy storage systems, the electrical energy storage (ees), took place in Munich, Germany. The event was part of „The smarter E Europe“ which included three further simultaneous events: Power2Drive Europe, EM-Power and Intersolar. Again, the ees was a point of attraction for the international industry, manufacturers, distributors, users and suppliers, represented by more than 450 exhibitors of products for energy storage technology and systems.

From the 12th to 15th of March 2018 a high-level Thai delegation visited Germany. Main focus of the group was on Energy Infrastructure and Energy Storage. Because BAE Batterien is being present in Thailand for almost 20 years, this was an excellent opportunity to inform the participants about the successful presence of BAE in Thailand.
