From 15 to 17 May 2019, Europe's largest and most international trade fair for batteries and energy storage, the electrical energy storage (ees), took place in Munich, Germany. The 3-day exhibition is one of 4 parallel exhibitions of "The Smarter E Europe": Intersolar Europe, EM-Power Europe and Power2Drive Europe. In addition, this event is the industry hotspot for grid infrastructure and renewable energy integration solutions. This year, 1,450 exhibitors were represented on a total exhibition area of 110,000 m² and more than 50,000 visitors travelled to The Smarter E Europe.

BAE Batterien GmbH (BAE) was once again present at the ees as an exhibitor in hall B1 and presented its premium quality products BAE SECURA SOLAR batteries for renewable energy and home storage applications. Furthermore, the BAE OUTDOOR BOX for off-grid battery systems and the BAE SUNDEPOT 2.0, especially developed for the home storage sector, were exhibited.

Once again, the fair was a very good opportunity for BAE to exchange ideas with its worldwide partners. This opportunity was also used by several delegations from Latin America to learn more about BAE's quality products and business strategy and to get to know the market. The ees was thus a suitable medium to inform interested parties and guests about BAE's high-quality product portfolio and to discuss sustainable project solutions.

On 15 May, Mr. Etib Jendoubi, Sales Manager at BAE, gave a presentation on "Stand-Alone Systems & Storage Solutions" at the BSW Solar Off-Grid Power Conference entitled: "Reliable Energy Storage from BAE". Every year, the BSW Solar Off-Grid Conference offers BAE the opportunity to present its high-quality products made in Germany and to exchange ideas with other manufacturers, project developers and system integrators.
